Bio:

Dennis Omondi, MHRP (K), is a Human Resource Management professional, trainer, business development consultant, and education leader with extensive experience in human resource management, technical and vocational education, entrepreneurship development, and organizational capacity building. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Stockpoint Kenya Limited, a consultancy firm specializing in HR consultancy, recruitment, career development, training, business advisory, and organizational development services.

Dennis is a registered Human Resource Professional (MHRP-K), a licensed TVETA trainer, and a Certified ILO Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Master Trainer. He is committed to strengthening institutions, empowering entrepreneurs, and equipping individuals with practical skills that enhance employability and sustainable economic growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource Management Option) from Mount Kenya University. He also holds a Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Education from the Kenya School of TVET, a KNEC Diploma in Information Technology, a KNEC Diploma in Business Administration, and a KNEC Diploma in Accountancy.

In addition, Dennis has undertaken several professional development programmes, including Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Practitioner Level II Training, the ILO Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Training, and other specialized professional certifications that strengthen his expertise in human resource management, training, entrepreneurship, and skills development. Throughout his career, Dennis has served in various leadership positions, including Principal, Deputy Principal, and Academic Registrar, where he has championed quality education, competency-based training, institutional development, and workforce readiness. His professional expertise includes strategic human resource management, organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance management, leadership development, career coaching, entrepreneurship, quality assurance, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

Dennis is passionate about bridging the gap between education and the labour market by promoting employability skills, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), competency-based education and training (CBET), entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning. Through his work, he has mentored job seekers, supported organizations in talent development, and facilitated professional training for institutions, businesses, government agencies, and community organizations across Kenya.
